The only real effect that you should be aware of is that whenever a man "finishes" he loses testosterone. Testosterone is what gives you good performance while having sex and is also what gives men that extra stamina that allows them to work out. Body builders often go without sex or masturbation in order to achieve maximum performance. If you are in a relationship, I would hold off masturbating as much so that you have more stamina during sex. You will also enjoy sex more because it is something that you Really desire, therefore making a better lover. When lifting weights, you will do better and lift more. I hope that I helped a little. Good Luck.

If u talking about moral, and physically.i can answer that. masturbation is a selfish act, and when u fill u had the need to have to do it more and more the more selfish u become. God calls this spilling your seed, on the ground, and it was meant for pro-creation. That means all masturbation is bad. Sex was indended for creation reasons mainly between Husband and Wife, and enjoyment of doin so. So when u began to try to make love with a women, u just might have a problem performing, ( geting it up ) because you've only interact with yourself so much. or you will be disappointed during sex if things don't go your way. ( like having an orgasm) Rent or buy this movie called "LOVE SEX AND EATING THE BONES" I hope this helps u.

Depends on how you define bad. Morally? No. Painful? Could be. Other than stress relief, there isn't much effect. It can effect sex life in that you are already finished and don't want more.

No, masturbation is not bad for the body. It's very natural. It's effects are stress relief, sexual tension relief, etc. It does not affect sex life.

Only bad when you start wearing the skin off your willie. Then you open yourself up to infection. It may actually be good for your sex life since you can experiment and figure out what works for you and what feels good to you. THen you can replicate that when the time comes (lol) with a mate

I don't think there's such thing a playing with yourself too much. It could affect your sex life because if you do it a lot you may not be up to the task. the only side affect I can think of is maybe rubbing it raw.

well too much masturbation, is like too much money... or being too pretty.

Certainly it has short term effects... some being GOOD. Like once I was dating this really HOT thang... and I'd be sure to "unload the gun" before seeing her... That made my ability to hang in there longer, much more doable (she was VERY doable)

Certainly you get the "handedness bend" from self stimulation... but... Other then that... it's fine.

Sir, I am from the masturbation police, and I am giving you a written warning to STOP. Right now. If you ignore this warning you are likely to turn into a very ugly frog, with a very muscular right arm. ribbit.
