Aren't all restaurants non-smoking in Virginia? They are here in Ontario. I would suggest going to your Chamber of Commerce (or U.S. equivalent) and asking them - also most cities have websites so you could do a search through that avenue.

i thought most restarants were non-smoking by now - they should be, food does taste better in a smoke free atmosphere
