The French will only ever support something that is good for France and nothing else. They supported American Independence because it was in their interest to have another republic at the time instead of a monarchy. They sell and distribute weapons to terrorist organisations more than any others. However for years the IRA trained Muslim terrorists all over the world in return for arms and favor, but where did the IRA get the majority of its funds? Yes Irish bars in Boston and New York from misplaced Americans, well now that is coming back to haunt the USA. Violence begets violence and I wish there was a world leader with the Mammories to put a stop to it. (and no I did not use balls for so often it is also so testosterone driven).

I' m french and I agree with you when you say that France "underminds your efforts to stop the killing of innocent people"
Most of french politicians sucks when they talk about the international policy. They don't understand anything. But there is some hope. Some of them agree with the american policy. Things could change in May 2007 with the Presidential Elections. And I'll vote for this changement!
Vive la France and Vive the USA!!!

ah yes that is exactly what you should go do...seeing as how "support terrorism by under minding your efforts to stop the killing of innocent people all over the world" right. because they are an even bigger threat then North Korea and Iran with their nukes. ARE YOU INSANE? the US barely has any control in Iraq and you want to go invade ANOTHER country. they are "a threat to your national security"...by invading the middle east, all youve really done is given the people over there more reason to hate the US and youve turned yourselves into and even bigger terrorist target. invading france would be incredibly dumb. if you really want military action, US troops would be much more appreciated else where. i.e. like stopping the genocide in darfur

Ok, let me get this straight. You think we should invade France..... ARE YOU NUTS?
Just because France has the cajones to speak it's mind? Because they're capable of independent thought.
Our government has us convinced that the frogs are bad guys because they didn't go along with our invasion of Iraq. They based this on the fact that Saddaam had either shot off or surrendered all his WMD's. They were right! Now America has a "hard on" for France??
Let's attack this at another angle.
According to an old DEA (retired) friend of mine, when South American coffee prices go down, it's a good indication that cocaine exports are up.
When this regime took the white house, coffee prices dropped like an intern's panties.
Since we all know (remember the eighties) how much America's Right Wing Overprivledged Yuppies (our prez included) liked their "blow", it leaves me to think that taking potshots at our allies just because we're wrong , is clearly the thinking of a cokedout group of richkids running our country.
I was a third generation Republican and even voted for Reagan twice. But when I saw the constant contradictions of my party I was not able to vote Republican anymore.
I'm not a liberal or a goose-stepping, coked out right winger either.
Just waiting for America to come back.
Hell, the French believe in the same principals we do. It's our present regime that wants us to "hate freedom and independent thinking".
Viva France and thanks to them for assisting us in making America free!!!

We did that already... Normandy 1944. France was pretty happy about it at the time, actually. It's too bad more French people don't remember that. If not for that little invasion by the United States that cost tens of thousands of lives they'd have a different accent now, non?

Because France wants to stop America from killing innocent people all over the world, we should take them out? You've been playing too many electronic games, I'm afraid, and your brain is fried.

Invading France is like killing a mosquito with a rocket launcher.
Completely unnecessary

Yep! They have WMD, lots of Arabs, war crimes (Sure Algeria was a long time ago, but there was the Rainbow Warrior in NZ) and a people longing for liberty. The Germans had less trouble occupying it than the Americans in Iraq.

Are you out of your mind? or seriously into drugs?
that is if you recall how ww11 started
The Germans invaded France and we came to help them.
You can't kill everyone who doesn't agree with your policys.
Many Americans don't agree with Bushes policys or the Republicans policys. So do we kill all of them to?
Killing people who don't agree with you is never a good solution.

Wow. So, you just want us (or somebody else, not actually yourself) to invade another country because they don't agree with us. Way to celebrate the Fourth! You are a threat to national security.
