Ok I am 17 years old. And I have always been very skinny, well a couple summers ago, I put just a tiny bit of weight on, well naturally, it came right off when I went back to school, but I was left with little man boobs. What is the best exercise to get rid of them? I wont have access to a weight room until the fall when I go back to school, in which I will have full access to a weight room. So if possible give me some excersices I can do until the fall, and some I can do in the fall. I also have an inground pool so, if theres anything I can do in there, that would be great.

If you're just looking to 'get rid of' excess fat on your chest, don't listen to the answers which everyone seems to give; people by and large don't get it. Working out your chest? Won't strip fat away from your chest specifically. It'll build your chest muscles beneath the fat. End of story.
There's no such thing as burning fat from a specific area of your body. All that you can really do is start getting a lot of cardio in, and burning it off. Fat is burnt from the WHOLE body at the same time. There's no way around that, as sorry as I am to say it. Start jogging, biking, swimming, whatever you please... just burn that weight off, buddy.
It'll take a while, but it's good for your whole body. Don't listen to the people who promise that chest-specific exercises will get the job done faster; they won't. In fact, they'll be much slower. By working the whole body (in total body cardio exercises such as running or swimming), you burn off a lot more excess than you would by only using one body part.
Also, don't even bother listening to the earlier answer about needing surgery for some condition. Gynecomastia is a condition that presents itself and stays; not that crops up as a result of fluctuating weight (haha). What you've described is 100% normal; everyone has areas which the weight disappears from last, and to be quite honest, the chest is one of the more common ones in men.
Good luck!

Swimming is wonderful exercize for the entire body! Push ups are one of your best bets for the chest. Do you have access to exercize bands? If not maybe your mom will give yu a pair of old panty hose, take the bands or hose and with your elbows out, hands at chest level pull your elbows back, as though to touch your elbows behind your back. There need not be a lot of stretch from the bands, you mostly want to go for the stretch, a towel might work too. You are still growing, don't obsess too much. Good swimming and good luck.

Lots of cardio will reduce your weight all around, that's really the only way, you can't lose weight in one specific area. Running is the best exercise you can do, don't listen to all these idiots that says it's bad on your knees, thats just a cop out. Consistent running will reshape your body.

Well, I hope that these excersis routines work that everyone has suggested, but I don't want you to put yourself through unrealistic stress. I don't want to scare you, or diagnose you without knowing you. However, it sounds as though you are healthy and not overweight. That leads me to believe that you may have Gynecomastia, it is a condition where you have a small amount of breast tissue. It must be removed by operation. Just ask your doctor to do a routine exam. Don't be embarrassed it's more common than you think. G'luck and stay healthy.

do cardio...aerobic excercises esp jogging or swimming for about 45 minutes a day, for about 6 times a week. Rest one day to let your muscles heal. Eat a balanced diet. Bench press. Saying all of this stuff is easy, but actually doing them is the hard part.
