I went to this website, www.jinglebaby.com, to order a toddler bracelet for my daughter. I created an account and everything, got an order confirmation, got a receipt and then got nothing in the mail. I've tried to log back in to check the status and they tell me my account info is unknown. I've emailed customer service several times and nothing. The worst part is, they debited my bank account.

CALL the COMPANY!

Here is what I am wondering did you find this on-line business on your own or through an unsolicited spam email or pop up ad?

If so this is a prime example why you never do business with spammers!

If people were not doing business with spammers whether they are a legitimate business or not then spammers would cease to exist. If spam advertisement was not successful at all they would stop using it! If it was not justifying the minimal cost it would stop!

for sure contact your bank so this place of business can not debit your account a second or even a third time. Something similar happened to me and unless you contact the bank you can be debited as many times as that company wishes to run it through.

Dispute the charge with the bank. You'll probably have to fill out a form and you may want to contact the Better Business Burearu and file a complaint with them about the company.

If you used a Visa or Mastercard debit card, you can dispute the charge through your bank.
