What exactly do you mean by leader - like Governor, or the first European person who explored Florida, or the first American Indian leader of a tribe in Florida?

there were several leaders of various proto indian tribes. then there were several indiginous indians who later were "ruled" by the spanish. then the seminole Indians migrated from the areas of georgia which was being settled by brittish invaders.
