Harry and Voldemort
My reasons - my opinion only, its all speculation.
My thoughts are that Harry's scar is the last horcrux and as long as there is a horcrux Voldemort can return.
JK Rowling doesn't want anyone to be able to write another Harry Potter book after she is finished and this would ensure that doesn't happen.
Also if you consider the people that have passed in the books past each time its someone more loved than the previous book. Cedric in book four, liked a little.
Sirrus Black in book five, liked by alot of us.
Dumbledore in book six - loved by most
Book seven? Someone more loved than Dumbledore was?

JK wrote the ending of the last book years ago, so she knew how it would end. Seeing how the end was mentioned in the prophecy, she hints that Harry has to die in order for Voldemort to die. However she says two beloved characters will die. From The Half Blood Prince, Harry expresses how he's worried for Ginny's safety if they get together...I think that was JK's hint that the second beloved character is Ginny.

My idea. In order for Lord Voldemort to be dead forever, Harry must die with him.
Even JK has hinted that two important characters won't make it out of #7

i don't know but i hope its not harry but i think it will be because if its gonna be the end of the end of the series the best way to end it is to kill off the main character
