Fred and Wlima Flintstone. They were and are still the coolest cartoon characters around.

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. They are strictly cartoons, they are a couple Mickey has plenty of experience ruling the land and fairly i might add. The seem to be, in all rights, the very basis of all animation. Steam Boat Willie and so on. Just as most things can be traced to one source years back, cartoons can be traced on down the line to Mickey and Minnie.

I'd pick Grim (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy) as king. He's the baddest man around. For queen, I'd have to pick Juniper Lee (The Life and Times of Juniper Lee). Someone's gotta keep all that power from going to Grim's head.

My pick are 2 of DC Comics oldest and greatest icons and I say this being an avid Marvel Comics guy.
Superman cause he was the first and Wonder Woman cause she was the very first female character with some guts and glory to her and she is a princess!

well i think bugs and lola bunny or minnie and mickey mouse should they are some of the oldest cartoon carectors i do know that are not cavemen i thinck the oldest would have more experince and make the best king and queen

Murdoc Niccals (bassist in Gorillaz) and Jessica Rabbit. Just for the sheer edge of their characters!
