I can't decide which I am laughing at, your avatar pic or what you're doing hahahaha.
But yes, it is wrong. I can't believe some of the things people do to their partners behind their backs lol. That reminds me of the episiode of Malcolm in the Middle where Hal is putting extra sugar and syrup and all kinds of things in Lois's food and drinks to make her gain weight while she's pregnant haha, sad.

That sounds weird. Maybe you should try talking to her about her scalp condition and help her find solutions to deal with it. What you're doing seems sneaky and underhanded in a freakily weird sort of way. Talk to her about it. Atleast she'll know about it then.
