Well Sexsi Pepsi,
I have had this dream many times before. I started the dream off by fly into the air gracefully and all of a sudden, came flying down by a building and inches before hiting the ground, discovered myself waking up. I discovered that I had those dreams because I felt like I have failed in something. Me flying was me attempting it and fall was me reaching "Game Over". If you have ever felt badly about yourself, now is the time to write it down on a piece of paper, and analyse your dream step by step. Trust me this will help. If you feel you want to stop your dream from occurring, put on some of your favourite music on a low volume. This will distract your train of thought and you might be able to memorize the song by moring as an added bonus. I hope you will find a way to further understand you dream. Best of wishes:

I can't really tell u the meaning of ur dream coz i'm not u! only u can figure out the meaning of ur dream. all u have 2 do is try and find a connection between ur dream and some experience in ur life. i'm suggestin this coz my mum had a recurring dream that connected with her life in some way.
in her dream she was hanging off a high cliff with 1 hand when suddenly her deceased father appears, catches her hand and pulls her 2 safety. she told me about this dream of hers and i told her that her dad could be trying 2 tell her that he would always B there 2 help in times of difficulty. after i suggested this interpretation she stopped having that dream altogether!
another resean for ur weird dream could be due 2 something u were thinking of before u went 2 sleep on the nights that u have been having this dream. the sub-conscious mind sometimes plays tricks.
just chill out! dreams aren't bad omens or anything. 2 me their kinda interesting.

I have had that dream too. I think your brain is comprehending that you are slipping out of bed. Kind of like when you hear a noise in your dream and you wake up and hear the phone or your alarm.

i heard that dreams like that are too relaxing and your breathing slows down so much that your heart beat is dangerously slow so your brain tells you to wake up to jump start your heart and regulate your breathing again. also someone told me that if you have that dream and you actually hit the floor then you just died but that could be a load of crap!

there is a theory about this. This could be an atavistic dream.
It is born from a primal fear of falling out of a tree. It is supposed to have been handed down from our previous ancestors: ape-like creatures.
Or could simply be a dream telling you that you feel like you are spiraling out of control.

I think the typical meaning of a falling dream is the feeling of not being in control of your own life.

Everyone has this dream at some point. Some of us have it quite frequently. I rather enjoy it actually. Sometime stress is a trigger.

HI Pepsi,
Dreams of falling may mean that you feel that you are losing control of part of your life, or you feel that a part of your life is out of your control, and you may be having feelings of anxiety about it. Hope this helps!

This dream is likely about someone you love dumping you.
Try to finish the dream.
