Hello Bibika...

You were kind enough to answer my question...so I'll take a crack at yours.
Be specific about what you are looking for. Do you need more professional content? More photographs? More focused articles? Are there things in the paper that are out of place or outdated? Are you using the correct format? Maybe it's time to change the look, the feel. Are you generating stories that will help your employees at work or home?

(P.S. In response to your answer to me... please don't ever feel you can't succeed because of color. I am a 46-year-old white man... and I can honestly say that the one person who has had the most impact on my life (outside of family) is/was Rosa Parks. Her one act of courage showed me just how powerful one person can be. She showed me that passion has no color. Bibika, throw away all that is negative and concentrate on things you can do... things you can change. The Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the laws of this land are as much yours as mine. We are brothers and sisters through our being Americans.)

How much of the paper do you read - about 100%, about 75%, ... about 0%?

Do you usually read the column about xxx? Yes or No.

Do you think the balance of reporting is: Too biased toward management? A little biased toward management? About even? A little biased against management? Too biased against management?

Not just suggestions for sex are liable, but for housekeeping, child care, and a variety of other tasks. If you don't want to do something just get a poor, destitute woman from another country to help you with this task!

You can get sample questionnaires using the Yahoo search engine. Just type in "Sample questionnaires" and possibly the specific topic you are addressing.
