Can't say. If France defeated mightly Brazil then really ... unpredictable.
Germany are good but couldn't gain a lead in the regulation time but if you remember Argentina scored first (49' through Ayala) but that Klose' header was really team work inspired one.
France too were good despite drawn matches against Switzerland & Korea and a win against Togo. But then the LES BLUES defeated Spain & Brazil and will look against Portugal. Henry's goal in the 57th minute was really a good one (against Brazil).

Neither. My money is on the Italians. They have great chemistry and players who are willing to do the dirty work for the team (ex: Gattuso). They have got incredible scoring power and the Germans won't have a good shot at beating them. And for the France-Portugal semi-final, I wouldn't mind seeing portugal take it, but that would be almost impossibler with the way Zidane is playing.

Germany for sure. The cheating ref's have done everything but score a goal for Germany and we can't rule that out until the end of the world cup.

I see Italy winning.
Portugal will be an easier opponent, France needs the best effort, but Italy is going straight to the cup.
