Why can't some people help themselves before asking for help ?

I'm sick of it. If you want help, at least try to find it yourself. It helps you to grow dependent on yourself and not dependent on the computer which can break down anytime.

So do you agree that we should try to help ourselves before we ask for help?
Or if you're strongly against this, tell me why.

I do agree because some people they are just lazy they don't want to depend on themselves and they might not even realize it.But I say that you always have to depend on yourself because you know that you're the only one who can help yourself.I mean you can't always depend on people to help you because you never know the next day for examples:they might die (let's hope not),they might not be friends with you anymore,they might move away,or you may never hear from them again.So tell me friends do you agree with me how bout you silv's?But we do realize that we have to be connected to people at the same time we can't be completely isolated.

It's the same answer as why can't people search on Yahoo before posting a stupid question like, "what is the meaning of this word?" Some people thrive on having someone else do anything and everything for them. Some people can't think past their last drunken binge. But mostly....some people are just too damned lazy.

People ask questions to elicit different points of view. Then they can take the information that serves them and leave the rest. If you just want to figure it out yourself, that's fine, but a little diversity can be a good thing.

I think that while self-reliance is a great, it's important to connect with other people too. Our world would be pretty boring if there was just one of us in it.

I guess I never really thought about it before but I'd have much more faith in myself and my own research than I would the advice of total strangers. I hope people at least double check info they get online. People get second opinions from medical professionals, right?

Sometimes its low self esteem, sometimes we don,t know, and sometimes we know how but the information is some place else. Everyone is not as smart outgoing and independent some of us need others to help us. Its a song lean on me, and the only dumb question is the one you don,t ask.

In my experience, people ask for help before doing for themselves because they are lazy. The may not even realize this, but they may feel inferior or incapable. Someone catered to them too much in their childhood, enabling them to be this way.

to many people as a question when it would be simpler and faster to use a search engine to find the answer

if yo are sick of it then don't look these kinds of questions up and certainly don't answer them but there is a draw back you would not ge tthe points for the not naswering so it's up to you what do you think?? Sick points or not??The choice is yours.
