I think you cant actually. Lets be practical here. He is a genius and we are not. Mr Bill Gates did not have to find someone to become like him. He just went around making software. I think he is a once in a millenium guy and well it is impossible to replicate what he did because if we were to do what he did then we have to CREATE THE SOFTWARE INDUSTRY once again and thats pretty impossible.
I think we should only try to make software as best we could and hope for the best.

Grammar? Do not care. Great product? Do not care. Be a good salesman, be a liar, be aggressive, be able to sell any junk in such way that people will be glad buying it - and you will be as rich as BG and MS together :-)

All you have to do is come up with a product that noone knows they want yet, but that they can't live without once they have it.
