could this be the only effective way of our world surviving, would you be ready to die for you world? would this solve pretty much every problem we are experiencing today, get rid of anyone with infectious disease, with hardcore beliefs, anyone that will have a negative influence on the future.

Odd question. I suppose if I were one of those Wraiths from the tv show "Stargate Atlantis" I would agree with a worldwide culling of Humans, especially since in that fictional world, "human" and "dinner" are essentially the same word.
But in reality, NO. I do agree that our PLANET would survive, but our world most certainly would not. WE are what makes our planet into a world, all of our contradictions, all of our beauty and all of our ugliness is what makes life on Earth unique...at least of the nine planets we know of so far. We are a part of life on this planet...all of it, and our radical demise would be as damaging as our current level of tremendous stupidity. I wouldn't be willing to die for my world, but I would definitely FIGHT for it!
Besides, the common cold IS an infectious disease so a culling would kill off anyone with the sniffles, and people who do good are known to have very disastrous effects on things, so that well meaning guy trying to set you up with his cousin would have to go too, since his cousin could potentially be the father or mother of the next tyranical dictator. As for people with extreme beliefs...well...people with extreme beliefs are usually the ones who want there to be a sort of culling and so If I felt that a culling would be good for this world, then I'd definitely be one of the ones most likely to get the ax, and if that's the case...what good would I be then?
So I guess we're stuck...but since I am in love with a Human, and my best friends are Human, I don't care. I'm more interested in doing what I can to make things better, even if it's just a little bit, and I will leave cullings to aliens in tv-shows that are occasionally entertaining...

The world is definitely overpopulated and reducing the population would go along way to solving global problems. But this isn't the way to go about it.
The best solution would be raising the world wide standard of living so that people in third world countries wouldn't need al those children to support them in their old age.
