Oh, I see what you mean. Those little rolled-up balls that look like little paper bundles that you throw on the ground to startle people with, right? They make a loud pop when they hit the ground, right? Hmm...popcorn caps? Poppers? Crackers? I'm not exactly sure what they call them, but I always see kids screwing around with them.
Oh, yeah...they're also called Snap N' Pops, and people call them poppers or snappers for short. I just remembered...
