Do people really sing in music vidoes or do they put the music in separate?

It's separate because they gotta do a lot of different takes, so no they don't really sing

Depends on the video. Usually the music is programmed in after the video is shot. On occasion it has been done live, but that is VERY rare and usually results in a bad video. It's a difficult job to splice the audio, and pays a bloody fortune. I still do it for various production companies on occasion.

Some sing and some r lip singing

they lip sync. than put in the music separately.

Its just a mime...and the song gets added on its own. Like a voice over.

I agree with the first guy.
if they actually did sing it would take forever.
That might be why it looks like they are lip synching (sp.?) but in reality they aren't.

they put it in sparate. They only care about the screen than they put the music in later.

seperate (even in live shows the exerts are from different live shows).
