When will the Xbox 360 come down in price?

I just want to know when the Xbox 360 will come down or should i buy it now? Are there any liquidation sites or places that give them away for cheap or free? Thanks

I shouldn't think it will come down in price very soon as it is the only console in its class on the market. When Sony release their PS3 it is likely to cost more than the XBOX 360 so it still may remain the same. Nintendo plan to release their Wii this year and I suspect this will be cheaper than both the 360 and PS3. I would say to get one now as they are great and the price is not likely to drop soon.

The first price drop will likely be around the time the PS3 comes out. Just as a way to drive sale back up and take a few customers away from PlayStation.

I imagine it will come down in price at the end of the year. There are usually special package deals around Xmas time and no doubt it will be even cheaper after Xmas as everything always is. Otherwise you couls try your best to enter as many competitions as you can to win one. There's plenty on the net and I see them advertised as prizes everywhere. You've gotta be in to win after all. Alternatively, appeal to a rich relative.

It will come down in price right after you buy one, or when they come out with the next big thing that everybody has to have and are willing to wait outside of Best Buy all night for or pay $3000 on e-bay for.

if you wait 7 years, it'll be in the discount bin at toys r us for about 20 bucks.
