If you've got a university near you that runs a drama course, that can be a good place to get actors (and a director, if they do a film course), as they're often looking to make things that they can show to people after they graduate.
Have to say I'm glad you want to get actors because you're making a film. When I first saw the question header I wondered whether you had some sort of violent vendetta against the entire acting profession.

Depends on what age group. You could approach local volunteer theatre groups or an ad in the school newspaper of a local college or university that has a dramatic arts program.

Your local drama college may be able to help you! They have lots of budding thespians who would probably love the chance to star in a film - albeit short and inexpensive.

no doe,no show.there is this site i found out abt kids who wanted to be actors/ress.tell u when i see it!maybe u could find out the 1 that lives closer or who is willing&tell them that if they do this &b famous they can end up in bigger tv screens.
