In my city (Raleigh, North Carolina USA) the crisis-minded mayor is still complaining about "the drought" even though we've had rains up to 8" in one day and the rivers and lakes are washing half the town away.

He's going around town in a boat telling people to conserve water...go figure.

Harrow, dry as a very dry bone indeed.
