ALL of the above....Pens for writing, Rapid-O-Graph pens for drawing,, pencils for artwork (colored pencils too), markers for marking these dang'ole packing boxes that I have to get packed so we can move!

I'd say it depends on the situation. At school we always had to use pens or fountain pens, at home to draw stuff I preferr pencils, and if I want to use lots of different colors for a self made b-day card I use a bit of everything. pencil for the primary outlines, pens for the writing and markers for the decoration.

MARKERS TO BE SPECIFIC I USE THE PERMANENT MARKERS SHARPES BUT I GET THE FINE POINT TIP... THEY ARE THE BEST... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU TRY TO TAKE NOTES.... A VARIETY OF COLORS....
