There are other ways to get iron if you're having a problem with meat: Dark green vegetables like spinach and kale, whole grains (try Total cereal or oatmeal) black beans, also look into multivitamins - most on the market for women contain a good source of iron.

Do you take iron pills/vitamins? Hasn't your Doctor prescribed or suggested anything?

If you don't like meat, try leafy greens (like spinach). I would definately try taking some supplements if you don't eat very much.

Take a vitamin supplement. Make sure it has iron in it. But I'm suprised your Doctor hasn't told you this already.
