You've got to be more spesific, while not moving, if you've got a vib, then its most likely engine related(tune-up,vacumn leak, injector, mechanical concerns) some very rare cases of out of balance torque convertor(trans part), a low speed vib, would be driveline,(U joint, made of rubber in your vehicle, and common, or bent rim, axle)High speed vib. is tire related, and a vib only while braking would be brake rotor concern

almost always a tire problem, IE a flat spot from skidding or a tire separation. it most likely can be felt by rubbing your hand around the tires also check for bad ball joints and tyrods that caused the tire ware
tire replacement and alignment unfortunately is the only fix here

We had one like that for the time of 1991 epicentered interior the Santa Cruz Mountains referred to as Loma Prieta and it became felt in San Francisco it fairly is ninety miles away, so sure, genuinely everyone can experience it in spite of if no newshounds have been there. the completed downtown became crushed, and Watsonville too.

There is no "universal" answer for the question, but I'll add: check that drive-shaft also.
