This seems like it's stemmed in performance anxiety, and needs to be addressed in stages. Tell your partner(s) that you'd like to stick with foreplay and abstain from intercourse at first;most women will appreciate your honesty, and this will prevent the woman from feeling that she's lacking in some way or that you don't desire her. Get to know your next partner VERY WELL before attempting intercourse; be with someone you can trust and that can be supportive. This is obviously not a medical problem if you can sustain an ererction and achieve orgasm during masturbation. Perhaps your mind is preoccupied with the possibilty of pregnancy or disease, thus making it harder to penetrate.

Easy on the masturbating - if you do it a lot. That can actually cause a problem because you get too used to the comfort of your own hand and nothing else feels as good after a while. If you have been with the same partner for a long time you will need to spice things up because guys DO get bored whether they want to admit it or not. That is why guys cheat and masturbate so much. They can love somebody but need something else. Plus your partners vagina stretches and eventually loses the "tight" feel that you can get from your hand. This makes the sensations not as pleasurable for the male.

Or the simple answer to your question is that you are not physcially attracted to your partner.

I had this problem once. It was purely pyschological. I think the cause was due to me losing an erection when I wasn't in the mood for sex. From there, it just snowballed into an ongoing problem.

The more you think about the problem, the longer it will be an issue. I cured myself by not making a big deal out of it - if it happened, it happened. My wife was very understanding, and that helped. Soon, I was back to normal.

if your using a condom and before you have sex, putting it on can mess with your mind and since its not a natural feeling so the erection goes away. if not using the condom, during foreplay and touching the arousal is there. the time you take to change positions or if the vagina opens up to much as many do you can't feel anything so the erection goes down. its called the grand canyon effect.

Loss of erection can be caused by physical and/or emotional problems. Perhaps you feel nervous about having sex or are afraid you'll hurt your partner. You can speak to a doctor or sexual counsellor about your problem.

I reckon what happens is. U cannot have sex for long. U last for very short time. What u could do it, next time penetrate first and then do the foreplay. Jus give it a shot.

This has happened to me a few times the first time I had intercourse with a woman. On further stimulation I came right back. I hope you did too.

Check your blood sugar levels and your weight. Sometimes this is caused by diabetes!

Sounds like anxiety syndrome. Are you afraid you won't be able to perform?
