Based on the fact that this was under garden maintanance, I'm going to assume you're referring to the animal.
Mole traps are one way to get rid of them. However I discovered that getting rid of the bugs gets rid of the moles. They move on to "greener" pastures so to speak.
We have a contract with Terminex who comes out every month or so to re-spray for ants, hornets, and things like that.
Since the bugs left, the moles did as well.

Go to your dermatologist and have them removed. It depends on the type of mole, which is the best way to remove.

if its moles on your body go to the doc if its moles in your landscape you got to get rid of the grubs.

Have them removed by a doctor... see your dermatologist and he'll advise you on the best methods of removal. Don't try to remove it yourself. It will lead to bad scarring and its best not to mess with moles on your own.

b) play lots of hard rock heavy metal music (yes i am serious)
c) garlic them out
and oh yea, i had em...I used the rock music method they b long gone now, although my wife had a friend used a pitchfork and snuck up on em... ackkk I couldnt do that

Use an insecticide to kill the insects and grubs they are feeding on. If they don't have food, they will move on.
