Isn't the meter pretty basic? IE volts, ohms, and current? You shouldn't need a manual. The only specification that you should need to check, amount of current it can handle, it should say right on the meter. ___v= DC ~V= ac A high A low is current and ohms is that hat looking thing. That's all you should need to know.
