Depends on the job you are being interviewed for. Try to get an idea of what the normal dress is for that job (like if they were uniforms - go with nice pants and shirt) but if they were something dressier go full package.

Go for the full package. If not a suit jacket...at least a tie...it's always better to over dress for an interview until you know what kind of environment you'll be working in.

For an interview I would generally wear a suit and tie but it depends on the type of job. If you are going as a farmhand then Carhartts might be more appropriate. You have to dress toward the setting you would be working in.

IF UR GOING FOR A JOB INTERVIEW U ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR FULL PACKAGE. AS U SAID U CAN WEAR A NICE SHIRT,PANTS& A TIE FORMAL & GOOD ENOUGH TO SUIT UR PERSONALITY. GETTING A GOOD JOB NOT ONLY DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF CLOTHES U WEAR BUT ALSO ON THE PERCENTAGE OF CONFIDENCE U HAVE IN URSELF. ITS A MATTER OF JOB SO TRY TO LOOK FORMAL & CONFIDENT.BUT REMEMBER OVER-CONFIDENCE IS NOT A GOOD SIGN FOR A PERSON.

It depends on the job. A nice shirt and pants are usuallu okay, but if you want to make a great impression, I'd go for the full package.

It all depends on the job you are interviewing for. I mean, it would be silly to go in with an Armani suit and tie, to interview for a truck driving job.
