It very old but the scariest game has o be the ALONE IN THE DARK SERIES, especially number 4 THE NEW NIGHTMARE. The game is also really hard to complete and has so many levels it took me ages....

Silent Hill on the PS. Just grab an emulator and DL an ISO if you don't have a playstation.
