rename start button?

i try to change my START buttone name to my name in explorer.exe file but it is readonly so how can i change my start button to my name

The process involves hacking explorer.exe with a hex editor. There's a great potential for grievous error and destruction whenever you manually hack the essential Windows binaries, so be very conscientious about doing backups of any files you edit. It's much easier to make such a change using a utility program. One of the best is a free one that's aptly named Start Button Renamer. It's astonishingly simple and easy. You enter whatever text you want to use and click the Rename button, and your Start button changes immediately

Ya costly, i understand that's plausible & I observed that someplace yet Sorry I dont understand the approach. yet many solutions that this is not plausible etc. so this is possbile to rename commence button.
