That is the oldest joke in the book. Are you seriously that lame to ask that question? Wow you need to get a life. Here is the answer. Synchronized swimmers don't drown, they are strong swimmers and can hold their breaths. Plus even an 8 year old synchro swimmer could kick your *ss. So go get a life sh*t-head.
