I have brown hair and eyes as well - the colour that makes them pop the most for me is a dark merlot, dark burgundy colour in the crease and on my eyelids, and then below my eyebrows a lighter golden shimmery colour.

Brown hair and brown eyes are the greatest combination. You can wear so many colors. Turquoise and green are great colors. You can do earth tones copper bronze brown lil bit of yellow for a highlight. Try some purple. Do not use black eyeliner. Try some browns bronze or purple. Also go to the MAC or Benefit counters and have them help you. They will show u the best colors. Sometimes give you some samples. Good Luck

Green shades or brozy browns look best. If you have more warm tones in your skin and hair (reds, oranges) wear more brown greens, like an army green or something more fall like. If you have more cool tones (blues, blue reds) wear a more blue-green color like a sea green. Don't go crazy and paint you whole lid, just brush it across a few times. Just an accent of color is all you want.Trust me it will look gorgeous! Just match those tips and you re ready. Same goes for a blusher. Invest in a nice kit of make-up brushes.

I have the same coloration and I found good makeup help (since I'm totally inept) and products at Almay.com. They have a line specifically for bringing out brown eyes, etc.

Use a charcoal liner to fine line the tops of your lids and bottom. Q tip the bottom line to smoke it out. Take a silver pencil to softly hit each corner inside and outside above and below. This makes your eyes look bigger and give a spark. A nude shadow softly applied to top of lid to brow brightens it up and gives that natural doe eyed look.

You can wear kind of reds ,or bronzes (with red in them)-Dark blue liners (but not together)-don't wear too much brown. There are pretty medium browns, you know, about the NATURAL color of your crease . And beigy eyelid colors on your lid and a liitle under your brow. Black mascara.
