You havenot described the precise nature of your complaint which would have helped in pinpointing the source of redressel. Have you tried to contact the dealer from you got the car. He may be able to sort out the matter If it is anthing else you will have to take up the matter with Fiat itself. It is now TATA concern. So you know whom to approach.
