I know that spider webs are liquid inside the spiders body and as soon as it hits the atmosphere it solidifies...so is it the same with hair???

Nope. Hair is formed as a solid material by the production of a protein called keratin. This builds up in the hair follicle and eventually is forced outwards by the production of more protein.
I suppose the protein starts off in solution and aggregates to become a visibly solid structure but the process by which spider webs form is a much different one.

I dont think hair does continue to grow after death. it is mearly the fact that the skin around it shrinks and recedes that gives the impression of the hair growing. I'm pretty sure that its a myth.

no hair on humans is always hard not liquid like spider webs but hair does continue to grow even ater death un like spider webs that stop developing after death

Definitely not. Your hairs have roots and are solid underneath your skin also.
