it looks like that
but the reason is because the middle finger is the longest one so there correlation between the finger length and the growth rate

I am not sure this is common to everyone.... but maybe it just appears to grow faster, maybe you use it least... i dunno! but as far as biology goes.... they should all grow at about the same rate unless some exterior force causes it not to grow at the same rate.
