It depends, do you want jury duty?
Yes. Then business casual.
No. then dress in sweat suit or, t-shirt, shorts and flip flops.
They will think you will not listen so hard and will find reason not to have you on the jury.

Depends, if you don't want to get selected you could wear jean shorts and a tee. But yes, most courts request that you wear business casual.

You can wear anything you'd like. It's more important how you answer the questions they ask you.
