Look at your job as the big picture. Every small task you do, regardless of how menial contributes to the overall outcome. What you do is valuable in some small way to someone. You are needed.

Quit your job and live on the streets. You can eat at missions or live on handouts.
Then think how nice it was when you had a paycheck every week and a roof over your head. And enough to eat.
Then go try to get your job back.
You'll be motivated to work.
