Sperm can live a few days so she can get pregnant even like 3 days after receiving the sperm. But she only gets pregnant if she is int he right time of her cycle, so when the egg is ripe and ready to be fertilized. Roughly two weeks before having her period, but don't ever count on that as a birth control way!
