So far, I actually had a small bowl of left over fresh steamed spinach with a splash of vinegar for breakfast followed by usual ounce of liquid vitamins and minerals, but I plan to indulge myself throughout the day by consuming various picnic type foods and of course later this afternoon I'll be downing a few cold ones with my bro-n-law.

this morning I had a fat free peach and raspberry muffin (trying to cut calories but still enjoy a treat!!) and I had a banana at lunch time. I hope that my b/f will have dinner cooked for me tonight!! If not it will be salad, boring but so hot in London that I can't face anything else!

I ate a ham and cheese sarny on homemade brown bread and a bag of plain crisps. Washed down with a bottle of water(ice cold)
