As if you are talking to your most closet and personal friend.... even if one does not have the confidence, they will know what you want to say!!!!! So do the PUSH - pray until something happens!

In Hebrews4:16 in the Bible it says Let us therefore come bodly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in the time of need.
So don't go to God beating around the bush just tell him what's going on. And also praying for someone else other than yourself.

In Matthew 6:5-15, Jesus Himself explained it perfectly:
5 “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. 6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
7 “And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. 9 Pray then like this:
“Our Father in heaven,

as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, 15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

I don't think praying will work alone but it won't hurt cause it comes alot more from the inside, just keep praying for it it'll help you grow stronger every day.

the best way to require confidence is belive ur God from the core of ur heart. obey what u r told to do n after obeying ur God belive hardly that u'll get the result....if u do like this i belive u'll really get the result n if u get the result ur confidence will grow by it self. n if u r muslim then let us know i'll try to help u,,,all the best

There is no right/wrong way to pray.... just ask for God to help you and say it anyway that you like.... He's there whenever you call on Him. Sometimes - when I am having trouble, I'll just say to myself "Lord, help me!" That's all.... It's that simple.
