I presume temporary means that every job they put you through for, would only be on a temporary basis i.e a week, a month etc.

Permanent, means that they put you through to the interview stage with the plan that the job is permanent.

Either way, the recruiment company would charge your new employer a fee for having you work there. Temporary work, they would add a fee ontop of your hourly rate - but you would only get the basic. Permanent, the company can charge anything from £1000.00 to £2000.00 for you!

Hope this helps!

Temporary recruitment's are done to fill places which are empty for a month or two like if a company's employ gets bedridden for a month or goes on a maternity leave and such unavoidable reasons.
