how much more damage do they have to do? They are hellbent on the destruction of Palestine all the time claiming victimhood. What can be done to stop the carnage? How do they have the right to hunt down democratically elected public officials and kill them - in another country? As moral Americans, how can we stop it?????

The people who really need to stop the Israelis are the Israelis themselves. No peace will ever develop there unless the people of the region embrace it.

You make SO mad. the palistinians have been murdering innocent people with their terror attacks for years, killing men, women, and children in cold blood. Do u really expect Israel to sit down and take it from them? Is that what u would do? is that what the great USA is doing with Iraq, who did to her less than the palistinian terrorists do to us?? no! so first see how it feels to live in a place where u don't know if you're going to get off the bus alive, sit in a cafe which may be blown up any minute, or send you'r kids to school not knowing wether you'l ever see them again, and then talk about "Israeli aggression". I live in Jerusalem and people get killed on my doorstep, people I know, people who have a family, friends, children! a wife! Israel only attacks terrorists to stop terrorism!!!!!

Actually, when the government of Palestine kidnapped their soldier it became grounds for war so they have the total backing of the international community. Neither side is innocent in this, but last time I checked Israel didn't start this one. I hope cooler heads prevail and Palenstine gets back to working with the international community for peace.

And democratically elected officials are human too, some of them have been terrorists and prone to terrorist activities. Let the Israelis and the Palestinians handle it themselves, it's their own affair. U\S intervention will make matters only worse, especially for the Palestinians.

Who can stop the violence, period? It seems to swing back and forth from Israel to Palestine. One side uses massive military the other resorts to homicide attacks.

Nobody can stop it and nobody wants to. The Palestine government does not recognise Israel and supports terrorist attacks against her.
Mind it please that Israel only targets the Hamas's buildings and not civlians.
