It isn't That significant. And it isn't constant either. The actual loss of blood in menstruation is minimal. The healthy female body can easily make up the loss. There is no point counting the overall time, since the body quikly makes up the losses (mostly during, but certainly after each menstrual cycle). Since there is no lasting loss that is inceased with each cycle, there is no lasting damage.

The blood replenishes itself. For example, if you donate blood they take X amount out and the blood will be replaced. So, the only way a woman will see danger would be dysmennorhea or a birth gone wrong. But modern advances in medicine can take of these things with no problem most of the time. These are the big two.

Sure. We all replace our blood cells constantly, because new blood is always being made inside of your bones.
When I went on a trip to the mountains with my family (all the rest were male) a few years ago, there were only 2 of us who did not suffer from altitude sickness. I had bronchitis at the time but did not need oxygen like the others. I think that this is because women naturally are better at replacing red cells. Also in some cultures, most "pearl divers" and other "breath holding divers" were women,
One Website says: "Mountain climbers are at risk of developing altitude sickness, which may be harmful or even fatal if its onset is ignored. Ascending to heights greater than 2,500m can trigger a range of symptoms including headache and vomiting. This is caused by going up too rapidly, which doesn't allow the body enough time to adjust to reduced oxygen and changes in air pressure. In severe cases, fluid builds up within the lungs, brain or both. Men are at greater risk of altitude sickness than women, for reasons unknown. "

No danger. The body replenishes blood loss and anyway, it's not all blood. You'd lose considerably more each time you give a blood donation regardless of whether you're a male or female.

Because all that blood you are apeaking of was created by the wonder that is the female body in order to provide for a new life to grow, it is basically "extra" when the body removes it, and that is why we are not harmed bu the regularity of blood loss....

I cannot answer that in medical terms, but that blood is excess, additional blood produced. It is not blood draining from your normal blood supply. UNLESS, there is a serious medical problem.
