if you want to make a web page search the sites that can help u with that kinda work in the yahoo search section and follow tha instructions.u can make a page on trial bases and if u like it after a day or so u can make the page permanent by paying for it.thats wat i did.i don't no any other methods

You can alway search Answers. Lots of people have asked this question.
You need to be familiar with the workings of Notepad.
You will also need an FTP (File Transfer Program).
You will also need some program to process and create images or pictures.
There are other tools that you can use ike Frontpage and Dreamweaver.
That should be enough to get you started.

well first you'll need to learn Html.. learn it.. it's easy.. search in google for courses... and then later.. you can switch to dreamweaver.. and make webpage.. and website
