Actually the lyrics aren't 'heart will go on'. This song originally started as a commercial to sell hot-dogs but the hot dog company rejected it as it was not appropriate. It was then given to Celine who recorded it, I must say, fairly uncritically, because the advertising was still left within it. If you listen to that part of the song you will hear that the real lyrics are 'hot dogs go on'.
Just wanted to get the truth out there!
