I know loads of people that enjoy songs even if they have no clue what the lyrics are, so yeah, of course you can.
And what about music that has no lyrics? Would that mean that you couldn't enjoy that because you have no lyrics to understand what the song is about?

Sure, if the melody and tone/mood of the song appeals to you, you can love it. There are songs - in English - that I can't figure out the lyrics or they meaning is too cryptic for my brain, but I really like them anyway.
I do like to know the words to sing along, because I enjoy singing. And I do prefer songs that have meaning and are not just vapid regurgitations of every other song about sex, drugs, and the rock 'n' roll lifestyle. But sometime there are songs that are just so catchy that the lyrics become secondary.

Of course it's possible. The meanings of most songs are subjective anyway. When the song was written, it may mean one thing to the writer.
When it gets out to the public, almost everyone will attach their own meaning to a song's words, based on their own experiences.

Of course you have to understand the meaning of the song before you can like it.
It is important and so is the melody.

of course its important, coz its stupid to like the song, just for its beat, but a few people do that, the song is collaboration of music and lyrics, only then its cool, a team effort..its like would u like the movie if the actors did bad acting, or some acting u did not understand?

Yes, some people love the song strictly for the music alone, and they could tell you the first couple of words to the lyrics.

Yes, if the rhythm attracts why not! I like many Arabic, Turkic and Russian Songs, frankly I don't understand a word of any of these languages.

Yes, you can enjoy a song's melody. I enjoy very many songs in other languages and don't know their meaning. Perhaps if I did, I might not like the songs anymore...
