Firstly, stop drinking beer. Then forget going to the gym and all the other physical exercising you will be told to do. WALKING is the best form of exercise you can do. Start with a couple of miles every other day and gradually increase up to eight or ten miles two or three times a week and increase your speed. You will soon loose fat and create lean muscle which in turn increases your metabolism, burning more fat. Your heart and lungs will benifit greatly and you will feel much healthier within a few weeks. Vary the routes you walk and take your MP3 player with you for company. Losink the beer belly can be an enjoyable experience if you have somewhere nice to walk, and not at all hard work.

Well, for starters, since you are trying to reduce the appearence of your belly you need to stop drinking or seriously cut back on the beer for the time being. Do some sit ups or other excerises that will help generate a need to burn that extra fat. Beer contains lots of carbs. When carbs are not burned they will turn to starch then into sugar which is then stored as body fat. Cut done on a few things that are high in carbs and calories and you should start to notice a difference in about two weeks. If you don't want to do sit ups then get with the guys and play some type of sport once or twice a week. This would be alot of fun plus you then can get to your goal.

1) Stop drinking beer.
2) Exercise A LOT. At least an hour per day, but take it easy in the beginning, and build up stamina. Drink a lot of water during your exercises.

Surgery is the only way.Get tummy tuck surgery in India if cost is a factor for you.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including liposuction and tummy tuck procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she paid just 30% of what she was quoted in USA.hope this helps
