I have XP OS. I have been trying to access a hotel reservation page . On my old dail up , I could access this page all the time.
But since I went to DSL , It didn't work first couple months, then worked for about two weeks then quit working again ( about a month ago).
My security settings are set where microsoft recommends.
I don't have any problems on other secure sites, just this one page on this one site. It just comes up saying unavailable, change settings, which I have tried.
I know I can just call hotel, but this is just frustrating.
Does any one have any ideas?

Dial ur InterNet service provider to know if they are blocking the site or even they support this kind of encryption that the hotel is using.

Try using different browser, lsometime sites are more suitable to some particular browser. They may have a new release which is compatible to some specific browser. Second they could have put higher encryption or so.
