My Guess Is:
1) Germany ( They're Home)
2) France ( They Defeated Brazil)
3) Portugal ( They've Got The Team Manager Who Trained Brazil in 2002)
4) Italy ( They'll Be Defeated By All The Above)

I think it's gonna be Germany, because they have great players(Ballack, Podolski, etc), they have a good defense and a good attack, they're playing home(it always feels better when u do), they're are good with penalties, and they have the 12th man(supporters), so i think they have a very big chance to win, 2nd will probably be Portugal, 3rd France and 4th Italy

If the same refree who watched the match between Germany and Argentina is assigned the matches of Germany then Germany would be the winner, otherwise, we can expect winner in following heirarchy:

I secretly wish for Italy though i would say that chances are, Germany will win by the advantage of their home ground. France will have the 2nd place

It's the year for Germany....!!!!
I mean, although Frings was kicked out because of the fight against Argentina after their last match, Ballack, Klose, Podolski, and the others are still on the loose....!!!
I'm sure they'll beat Italy and the winner between France and Portugal...!!! (It's not easy, but they are very capable)
Besides, they played with the 12th man..... (you know, the "SUPPORTERS")

Each team has a chance:
Germany because they're good, not just because they're at home.
France cause they're on fire.
Portugal cause they would rely on Cristiano Ronaldo to cry in front of the referees
Italy cause they're darn good actors and in the wrong sport .. they should be in diving. That's an unfair advantage over other teams in the World Cup.
