In a off beat way I suppose you could but a real Collector if particular about which piece he wants to own where a money collector just hauls in anything.

depends on the context , rich in money, in love or culture . if rich in money he probably earned it . if rich in love lucky man . if rich in culture he well educated .. and we all collectors I collect money but don't keep it long don't you just love retail therapy
