He is just one of the sweet-talking guys who only know how to talk never really do it.
He just saying nice things to keep u happy and i know he does not really love u. To see how much a person cares about u, u can see how much he is worried when u are in trouble.
So better leave him as soon as possible and find a guy who really cares about u and love u from the bottom of his heart! There is no need to talk to him and ask him why.. Unless there is really a serious thing happened on the day.. But fat chance, whatever happened, if he got know u are hurt, he will fly over to come for u.

He just could plain be confused and not know what to do...all the more reason for you to take control and call him just to ask how he is doing and let him know how you are doing and see what vibes you get when you talk to him. If vibes are good, tell him that you would love to see him (if you are truly up to it) and see what his response is.
If he truly does care about you, if you open the door for him, he will walk through it...if he doesn't, then you deserve better and best to have found out now and not waste anymore time on him.

that was just plain wrong he shouldn't came to the hospital especially if it was serious and since he didn't i would be questioning him about where his heart is and what excuse he has to offer!
